Working meeting of the Chairman of the Board of SSB RT "Amonatbonk" with the employees of BSC in Dushanbe.

On May 14, 2022 a working meeting of the Chairman of the Board of SSB RT "Amonatbonk" with the employees of branches and service centers of Amonatbonk in Dushanbe was held.

The meeting was attended by heads of branches, specialists, employees of banking service centers and heads of structural divisions of the central office of the Bank, 236 people in total. At the beginning of his speech the Chairman of the Board of SSB RT "Amonatbonk" Mr. Ikromi S.S. noted that in order to improve the service level of employees of banking service centers, as well as strict compliance with the rules of ethics and communication with customers and a high sense of responsibility of staff, every year the Chairman of the Board holds meetings with the specialists of the Bank in cities and districts.

During the meeting the report of the head of the Department of regulation and supervision of the banking service centers Khaknazarzoda J. on the activities of the Dushanbe banking service centers for the four months of this year compared to the same period of last year was heard.

It was mentioned that there are 7 branches with 62 banking service centers in Dushanbe city, including 3 of them are twenty-four-hour centers and 13 evening centers provide different banking services to the population of Dushanbe. The banking service centers carry out various banking operations such as money transfer of individuals without opening an account, cash operations, receipt of utilities, taxes, fines, payment of pensions and benefits, consulting services on any banking operations and other payments.

Along with this, the Chairman of the Board gave specific instructions on broad development of SMS-notifications, use of "Amonat-Mobile" program, Internet-banking and development of cashless settlements.

At the end of the meeting the best banking service centers №024 of branch №06 of SSB RT "Amonatbonk" in Firdavsi district; CBS №013 of branch №05 of SSB RT "Amonatbonk" in I. Somoni district, CBS № 008 of branch №04 of " SSB RT Amonatbonk" in Sino district were awarded with Certificates of Merit.

It should be noted that such meetings of the Chairman of the Bank's Board with the employees of the banking service centers of SSB RT "Amonatbonk" are held annually and this year this initiative was continued.
